Welcome to my personal home page. Here you will find information about my teaching and research activities.
I am the kind of person that constantly needs to move and do things. As a lecturer, I have embraced the mission of demystifying computers to my students.
From the simple digital circuits to the complex algorithms I always try to establish the connection between both sides of the hardware-software frontier.
I want to help students get that level of understanding that I had to achieve by myself. I repeat frequently in my lectures that "it has no magic and was
not either brought to us by aliens".
I am also senior researcher at the Institute of Systems and Robotics where I have recently created the IS3Lab (do not forget to visit its webpage).
As you may see there, my research activities are around Augmented and Virtual Reality, and Human-Centred Interaction related subjects.
